EMPOWERING
CHANGE

As a society, we face challenges that are unprecedented and increasingly complex and as change makers we feel the pain of leading and navigating our organizations through this complexity while working on transformational solutions to shape our present and future.

At brafe.space, we create space where you are able to experience this pain without having the expectation to resolve it - as is often your role in organizations and society - and instead to gain deeper understanding and appreciation of our collective challenges.

We believe the following pillars to be essentials for upholding this process of growt. IN THAT BrAFE.SPACE is a process not a product.

OUR INNER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

  • These workshops build the fundamental capacities we need to create a meaningful connection with ourselves, others, and the world around us and teach valuable methods, tools and languages we use to engage in vulnerable sharing and deep listening. Furthermore, they focus on the awareness of our individual and systemic biases and how we handle them.

  • Circles are emerging and self-organized groups of 8-9 brafers who engage in deep exchange once per month, either online or in person. They serve as designated spaces for reflection, as well as building trust and openness, and have a defined structure to promote the sharing of diverse experiences. They are facilitated by moderators from our community.

  • The wisdom retreats offer a practical experience which is complimentary. These retreats are extended workshops, seminars, and retreats which offer the opportunity to experience in-depth and high-quality inner work. Wisdom retreats focus on vertical skill development, exploring ranges of consciousness, and experiences that penetrate and transcend the rational and intellectual.

  • Brafe Tuesdays are monthly gatherings at our space where we explore topics that have high relevance to us as founders and leaders of our organization; followed by drinks and time to connect. Rather than losing ourselves in highly intellectual discussions we want to explore these topics on a deeper level and incorporate our approach of multiperspectivity and relating.
