Introducing the Sprout Circle
A brafe new space for early-stage Change-Makers to root, grow, and thrive — together.
Are you in the thick of building something? — but sometimes wonder if you’re the only one feeling uncertain, stretched, or alone? Sprout Circle is here for you. This is an 8-month experimental journey for early-stage (pre-seed) founders, artists, creatives, activists, and purpose-driven initiators — designed specifically for the messy, meaningful, and make-or-break moments of getting your venture off the ground. Your choice: stay in fantasy land or see yourself & the world in all its complexity.
What is it?
A cross-sector Circle of 8-10 diverse entrepreneurs meeting monthly from May to December — each session a space to untangle the chaos, ground into clarity, and share honestly. Think of it as your founder's forest clearing — a place where growth isn’t rushed, wisdom is collective, and roots go deep.
Duration: 8 months (May–Dec)
Session Cadence: Monthly 3-hour sessions (mostly virtual)
Kickoff: In-person half-day workshop + community dinner
Facilitated by: Rolf Schrömgens with altering guests from the brafe.space community like Lisa Jaspers, Wilfried Gillrath, Joana Breidenbach, Stefan Jeschonnek and many more.
Why this Circle, why now?
Founding something, manifesting change is exhilarating—and disorienting.
In the early stages, you're facing questions like:
Will people get what I’m trying to build?
How do I organize myself and my co-founders?
Where can I find the resources that I need?
What kind of leader do I want to be?
How do I sustain momentum while avoiding burnout or mission drift?
These aren’t challenges with quick fixes. They’re invitations to evolve and you don’t have to navigate them alone.
The Sprout Circle brings you into connection with others who are also asking big questions and crafting brave beginnings. Together, we build resonance, perspective, and real tools to ground your journey.
What you’ll walk away with:
A trusted, intimate group of fellow founders from all walks of life
Core leadership practices you’ll keep using long after December
Clarity around your organization’s why, how, and what-next
The power of multiperspectivity — learning from difference
A space that doesn’t demand performance, but welcomes presence
This isn’t about preparing you for a pitch. This is about helping you grow roots that make you and your vision less shakable.
Who it's for:
early-stage entrepreneurs, creatives, activists, and non-profit leaders in the process of initial funding
builders who care about impact, integrity, and inner alignment; those craving authentic connection over buzzwords
