WHAT WE SEEK IN ORGANIZATIONS

  • This principle emphasizes the importance of taking into account a wide range of perspectives and experiences. It recognizes that to truly understand and address complex challenges, organizations must consider multiple angles and dimensions

  • Organizations should establish environments where team members feel trusted and are given the freedom to explore, innovate, and take ownership of their roles.

  • This principle speaks to the continuous journey of growth, learning, and adaptation. Organizations should be open to change, eager to learn, and committed to both personal and collective evolution.

  • Rather than getting caught in the immediacy of short-term goals or simplified metrics, organizations should set their sights on the bigger picture, focusing on long-term sustainability and impact.

  • Organizations should aim to operate in a way that not only sustains but actively regenerates and revitalizes the ecosystems they are a part of. This includes both the natural environment and the social-economic systems they operate within.

WHAT WE SEEK IN FOUNDERS

  • Founders are encouraged to continually embark on a journey of personal growth and self-awareness. This means being open to new perspectives, actively seeking out learning opportunities, and being receptive to feedback.

  • Instead of merely adapting to or accepting existing structures and norms, founders should be visionary leaders, designing new systems that better align with inclusive and sustainable values.

  • Founders should emphasize the cultivation of a strong, value-driven organizational culture rather than focusing solely on immediate gains or outcomes.

  • Founders should exhibit a leadership style that is flexible, responsive, and adaptable. They should be ready to pivot when necessary and view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning

  • Founders should recognize that their venture does not operate in isolation. They should actively consider and prioritize the well-being of the broader community, ensuring that their actions contribute positively to the larger ecosystem.
